Break Da Icee 🤍

 Hey Everyone!!

It’s your favorite Icee gal from the Bronx. I decided to create this blog in order to talk about alllll the things that I don’t normally, to motivate and push others as well as myself. To show people another side of me that not many see. I never really imagined myself blogging, but I used to love writing, I love experiences, I love meeting new people and seeing new things. Often times I realize the importance in living in the moment and appreciating those little things. I’ll also be talking about milestones, amongst other dreams I have and how I plan to make them possible. 

By little things, I mean very minuscule details, the smell of the brisk cold air on a fall day, when the leaves are turning colors, falling like a heavily packed taco as I walk with my burgundy sweater and ugg boots. The frost on the concrete floor as the temperature lowers, my icy fingertips as I sacrifice them to scroll on my phone. 

I find beauty in poetry, laughter, and I’m starting to find the beauty in everything, even the ugliest, loneliest parts of life. Anyways, I’m so happy to bring you on my journey, this blog is so general but my next blogs will be more personal; can’t wait for you to follow along! Much love always.

Art of Silence

 Silence is an art; To be silent or to be silenced, some view it as internal warfare.  Perhaps you're at war internally for fighting everyone else's battles. Not everyone can be saved, many are comfortable in the uncomfortable, happy in their own misery. Many don't have what it takes to be different and live in their truth, they rather live in the lies they tell themselves and the falsehoods they've created.  Silence is peace, it's not wasting your breath where you're unheard, it's not trying to change those who desire no change, its learning when to withdraw and take a step back before you get too personally involved in others' lives and ways of living.
